Founded in 1983 by José Solis, Portland Oregon's Creative Art Services designs Scenery & Displays for Film, Television, Special Events and Places. We work both regionally and nationally based on our reputation for unique styling, creative ideas, customer service, and the outstanding quality of our finished products.

Our award winning team of Artists, Designers and Craftsmen bring over one hundred years of combined experience to each project. In addition to traditional design methods, we're continually exploring the benefits of new materials and technologies in order to provide the broadest range of options possible, and knowledgeable recommendations at each step in the process.
